Delivery

Due to the amount of pieces in the Kylie Minogue at Home Collections, every item may not be immediately available, we may need to order in from our suppliers, this is how we offer our heavily discounted prices. 

Items that are in stock will be shipped immediately (2-3 working days) and you will receive an email confirming this. 

Items out of stock will be shipped when they arrive with us, we will email you with an estimated delivery date and keep you updated.

Delivery to UK mainland is £3.95 (orders under £50.00)
FREE (orders above £50.00)

If we have to split your order you still only pay one delivery fee. 

We aim to fulfill every order within 2-10 working days subject to stock.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. 

You will receive tracking info via email when your order has been dispatched, please check this regularly as you will receive a delivery time slot. It is for you to be available for delivery, we are not liable for parcels left unattended.

Over seas deliveries are liable for Duties / Taxes due to Brexit. You MUST pay these for your parcel to clear Customs. Refunds WILL NOT be given for parcels returned to us because of unpaid Duties / Taxes. 

US Shipping

Delivery to US is £59.00. Please note that this does not include any Taxes / Duties and these may be payable by the customer.

Our aim is to deliver all orders as soon as possible once receipt of payment has been confirmed.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and security checks.

Delivery will be made to the address provided.

Other International Shipping

If your country is not listed as a shipping zone please send us an email with your order details and delivery address and we can provide a shipping quote for you.

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from our UK based store and therefore customs duties are not included in our international shipping costs. Your delivery country’s import duties may be charged to you when your parcel reaches customs. As custom duties are out of our control, we are unable to confirm the cost that you may be charged.

Returns

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened products unless items are faulty.

All items are inspected once returned. 

If you wish to return an item(s) you must email sales@kyliebedding.co.uk and state what you are returning and your reasons within 14 days after delivery. Any returns that we receive without prior notification via email will not be accepted and your refund will not be processed.

Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Please email sales@kyliebedding.co.uk

A refund cannot be issued until we have received your items, we recommend using a recorded delivery service which you can track. If you choose to use a standard postage service and the item gets lost on the way, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items. 

Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 5 working days to process your items and refund.

Faulty Items

You can also call in to the shop to return your items - but you will be refunded via your original payment method.
